Arlington, VAIngredients:
1 box of chocolate brownie mix (and ingredients on box)
2 cool whip containers
2 shots of Starbucks espresso
1/4 box of chocolate graham crackers
Instructions:
Bake the brownies according to the box. Fold the espresso into the cool whip. Place in freezer to chill. Every 5-10 minutes, fold the mixture. Crush the chocolate graham crackers - set aside.
Once the brownies are cool, crumble them into bitsize chunks. Take half of the brownies and place them in the dish. Pour half of the cool whip mixture on top of the brownies. Sprinkle half of the crumbled graham crackers. Repeat layer of brownie (mocha), cool whip (latte), and graham cracker(!).

this was sooooo yummy pauline! and i'm glad you're starting this because we need more get togethers like last night. i can't even remember the last time i hung out with just the Girls :)
